Thermal Expansion and Cold Rolling of Alloy Steel Pipes
The thermal expansion of alloy steel pipes fills the gap for large-caliber seamless steel pipes. We currently have more than 600 stainless steel cores for thermal expansion, covering specifications ranging from 600mm to 1600mm. With five sets of cold-rolling machines, we can produce precision steel pipes with diameters ranging from 18mm to 457mm. Our products are primarily used in projects with high requirements for caliber and wall thickness precision. Supporting facilities such as gas-bottoming heat treatment furnaces can process 200 tons of steel pipes per day. Our steel pipe online ultrasonic and eddy current testing equipment is fully automated. All the mentioned products have obtained special equipment pressure pipeline production licenses.

Thermal Expansion and Cold Rolling of Alloy Steel Pipes
The production cycle of alloy steel pipes is lengthy, often posing a bottleneck for pipe fitting production and engineering projects. To address this, we maintain a stock of over 30.000 tons of commonly used materials and specifications. This inventory not only facilitates our own production but is also available for market sales. Among them, we have a stockpile of 15,000 tons of A335P91 alloy steel pipes, and we have established stable and reliable cooperative relationships with several large domestic steel pipe manufacturers.
